The hemisphere’s hottest luxury villa company has revealed another major addition in the Caribbean, Caribbean Journal has learned.
Nocturne Luxury Villas, which operates best-in-class luxury villa rental companies in the US, Caribbean and Mexico, has acquired Grand Cayman Villas & Condos.
Grand Cayman Villas & Condos (GCVC) joins existing Nocturne brands including Exceptional Stays in Telluride; WIMCO St Barth Properties; CaboVillas.com, Exclusive 30A on Florida’s Emerald Coast and Santa Barbara’s Paradise Retreats.
The move means a prominent position in one of the hottest villa rental markets in the Caribbean, with a portfolio covering everything from Seven Mile Beach to Rum Point to Cayman Kai.
“We are thrilled to welcome Grand Cayman Villas and Condos to our portfolio of luxury villas and residences,” said Scott Wiseman, CEO of Nocturne Luxury Villas. “This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our mission to diversify Nocturne’s destination experiences. The premier locations in the Cayman Islands enhance and elevate our offerings for discerning travelers, particularly in the sought-after stretch of prime coastline along 7 Mile Beach.”
The portfolio ranges from one-bedroom condos to 11-bedroom luxury villas, all of which are privately serviced and designed, with a full range of amenities.
“Nocturne has an exceptional reputation among owners for its approach to maintaining individual brands, nurturing teams already in place and for sharing successful business practices across teams. GCVC is a natural fit in their portfolio of brands, and our people in Virginia and on the ground in Grand Cayman are excited for the next stage of opportunity and growth,” said Jim Leavitt, founder and principal of Grand Cayman Villas & Condos.
It’s the latest addition for Nocturne, which has solidified itself as one of the world’s premier luxury villa rental companies – and a major player in the Caribbean.
