S Hotels “Open for Business” in Jamaica

The S Hotel portfolio in Jamaica withstood Hurricane Beryl without sustaining major damage, the company told Caribbean Journal. 

S Hotels Jamaica announced that neither S Hotel Montego Bay and S Hotel Kingston sustained any damage during Hurricane Beryl, which passed by the island last week. 

After ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff, staff have undertaken thorough inspections and minor repairs as necessary to restore facilities to their prior condition– and both properties are open for business, the company said.

“Our hearts are with those who have been affected and are still struggling because of the hurricane,” the company said in a statement provided to Caribbean Journal. “We know the Jamaican spirit will shine through and the community will continue to support those who are now in need of help. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated team and local authorities for their swift and efficient response in the wake of the hurricane.”
