Grand Bahama Real Estate “Doing Very, Very Well:

From Nassau’s urban confines to secluded Abaco bliss, The Bahamas keeps shining within the broader Caribbean real estate market. As for its market within the market to watch, it’s currently Grand Bahama.

“Grand Bahama is doing very, very well,” John Christie, president and managing broker of H.G. Christie Ltd., tells Caribbean Journal. “We’re selling homes quickly that may have previously sat around for quite some time. Plus, we’re seeing a lot of luxury buyers leaving Nassau and heading to Freeport due to the tax structure there. Grand Bahama has quite a bit going for it.”
