It’s one of the fastest-growing destinations in the Caribbean: St Croix, the culinary powerhouse and beach-filled hotspot in the US Virgin Islands.

Now, thanks to a flight from Frontier, it’s easier than ever to visit the largest island in the US Virgin Islands.

Frontier has officially kicked off a new nonstop flight between San Juan and St Croix, with flights three times per week.

That opens up St Croix to the 17 different cities in the mainland US that have Frontier flights to San Juan, meaning you can fly from Charlotte or Palm Beach or Miami, check your bag all the way to St Croix, then jump on a connecting flight in San Juan.

So what about cost?

The brief San Juan-St Croix flights have rates starting at just $39, according to the ultra-low-cost carrier.

Are you planning a summer vacation to St Croix?

Whether you’re coming for a culinary getaway to stop at buzzing eateries like Too Chez or Savant, plan a golf vacation at the Buccaneer or a historic, cultural getaway in the heart of Christiansted (with its new boutique hotels like the King Christian), the island has never been better.
