Kestrel Receives King’s Award for International Trade
Kestrel, which has a significant presence in the Caribbean, has received a King’s Award for International Trade, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The awards are authorized by Number 10 Downing Street and then by King Charles II.
“This is an accolade that expresses every sentiment that we hold dear and that are the keys to our success,” the company said in a statement. “It’s the highest echelon of recommendation.”
The King’s Awards for International Trade recognize companies that are “able to demonstrate exponential growth and prove new growth outside of their existing core business within a strict framework of financial and ethical boundaries.”
Kestrel Group CEO Andy Thorne will meet King Charles at Windsor Palace in July to mark the award.
“We cannot tell you how excited and proud we are for the entire global Kestrel family to achieve this,” the company said.
Kestrel is one of the world’s leading logistics solutions companies.
