Fundamentals Remain “Strong” Across Puerto Rico’s Hotel Market

Andrew Dickey, the Miami-based managing director of JLL’s hotels and hospitality group, says “the operating fundamentals are strong, the debt markets are supportive, and the foreign capital is coming in. You really can’t compare it to another market.”
