Hyatt’s luxe Andaz brand is opening its highly-anticipated resort in Turks and Caicos next year, according to local tourism officials.
The luxury residential resort is planning to open its doors in late 2025, with 59 keys and 73 residential units ranging from 580 square feet to 6,411 square feet, the latter coming in four-bedroom penthouses.
The resort, a design by RAD Architecture and Modus Operandi, is part of a growing wave of residential resorts in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
It will include four different dining concepts, including a rooftop lounge, a gym and an indoor-outdoor spa, among other amenities.
Another highly-anticipated Turks and Caicos resort, The Strand, is opening this year, as is the rebranded Salterra on South Caicos.
Prices for the residences start at $500,000.
