It’s no secret that the Turks and Caicos has been one of the hottest places to visit in the Caribbean since the pandemic. But it’s also been one of the most sought-after development destinations, with a growing pipeline of luxury resorts on the way, from a new Andaz in Provo to a transformation in South Caicos.
The next one to debut in TCI? The Strand, a boutique villa resort slated to welcome its first guests this fall, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The Strand, set in Providenciales’ Cooper Jack Bay, will open with 41 beachfront villas and a range of residences, launching as the newest residential resort in the destination.
The property will have a beach club, a tennis club, a spa, a restaurant and bar and more than 1,400 feet of canal and marina frontage.
Even better? Resort guests have access to the hotel’s own “club boat” with a private captain.
