Rare Jost Van Dyke Development Parcel on the Market for $20 Million

It’s most famous as the tiny island home of legendary beach bars like Foxy’s and the Soggy Dollar Bar: Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands. 

The island is home to just a handful of accommodations (most notably the new boutique hotel called The Hideout), and has seen little development in the modern era.
