“2023 can be described as a year of resilience,” Jeremy Hurst, the president and broker/owner of Cayman Islands-based IRG International, tells Caribbean Journal. “If you look at the past two decades with Hurricane Ivan here in 2004, the financial crash of 2008, COVID and then, last year, with the recession, we tend to be a safe haven amid global crises.”
Hurst, a native of the United Kingdom, first came to Cayman Islands in 1988. His company was formed in 1995 and now focuses on residential, luxury, ultra-luxury and commercial properties throughout the three-island, British Overseas Territory.
