The American Midwest is increasingly becoming an important source market for Caribbean travel, from a ramp-up in Detroit to a wave new flights out of cities like St Louis.

Now, another major route is kicking off thanks to Frontier Airlines, which is set to launch new nonstop flights between Cleveland and Montego Bay, Jamaica.

The new service, which will begin on March 9, 2024, will be operating three times per week, according to the ultra-low-cost carrier.

The route is already on sale, with fares starting at $159.

“Now is a better time than ever to take advantage of Frontier’s ultra-low fares and friendly service,” said Josh Flyr, Vice President of network and operations design at Frontier Airlines.

Frontier’s flight schedule is bookable through at least Aug. 12, 2024, the company said.
