A Major New Luxury Resort Project Is Coming to St Maarten

St Maarten is getting its first luxury residential resort, with plans for a major new project on the Dutch side called Vie L’Ven. 

The new project will be the Dutch side’s first true five-star luxury resort, with 190 hotel rooms accompanied by 90 private residences, for a total of 280 units.
