The Hartling Group’s New Turks and Caicos Real Estate Project

The remaining villas that need to be built at the much-anticipated Villas at Blue Mountain project in Turks and Caicos are slated to be completed by the beginning of 2025, said Stan Hartling, CEO and founder of The Hartling Group.

The Hartling Group, the developer of the project, is one the most experienced real estate development and management groups in the Turks & Caicos. The total investment by The Hartling Group in the Villas at Blue Mountain is about $60 million, said Hartling.
