It’s about to get even easier to visit the islands of the Dutch Caribbean, with new plans by regional carrier Winair to expand in the region.

Winair, which is based in St Maarten, is expanding its service to Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire beginning Nov. 15.

That will include thrice-weekly service between St Maarten and Bonaire, according to Winair’s Web site.

The company recently added its second ATR 42-500 aircraft, part of the airline’s bigger expansion plans within the Caribbean region.

“The increased frequency will provide customers with more convenient and flexible travel options between the Dutch Caribbean islands,” the company said in a statement.
