This Bahamas Parcel Has 10,000 Feet of Pink Sand Beach

A massive parcel on largely uninhabited Rum Cay in The Bahamas has hit the market, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned. 

It’s called the “Fraser Tract,” and it consists of 340 acres of prime beachfront land on Rum Cay, about 300 miles from Nassau in the southeastern corner of The Bahamas.
