Dominica’s Residences at Secret Bay Launches Alliance With Christie’s

The Secret Bay Resort and Residences has announced a new sales and marketing alliance with Christie’s International Real Estate Caribbean. 

The alliance will help to broaden exposure for the property’s collection of private residences, which first launched back in 2019.

The residences launched whole ownership sales in 2021, and soon set the record for the highest-ever sale in Dominica at $7.1 million for one villa. 

Right now, residences range from  1,378 square foot villa offered at $1.39 million to a two-villa compound spanning over 5,000 square feet offered at $4.5 million.

In all, the Residences consists of 42 villas and estates with a phased development strategy.
