The Loren Group Is Opening a Residential Resort in Turks and Caicos
The Loren hotel in Bermuda is getting a sister property in Turks and Caicos, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.
The hotel and residences brand called the Loren Group is adding its second island outpost in the wider region, with the new Loren at Turtle Cove coming to Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos. (The Loren Group also has a hotel in Austin, Tex.)
The residential resort, set to open in 2026, will include six private villas, 25 condo units and 33 guest suites. It will also include a private marina with 32 boat slips; residents at the Loren will have the opportunity to buy access to one of the slips.
“The Loren Hotels and Residences brings the elements of luxury living to those seeking a seamless blend of architecture and nature. The Loren at Turtle Cove is a significant next step in our brand expansion as we continue to identify and secure future project sites,” said Stephen King, Founder and CEO of The Loren Hotel Group. “We have a track record of identifying the highest quality sites and building strong teams – from architects and investors to general contractors – to deliver on The Loren Hotels’ signature luxury offerings and the ultimate experiences.”
Amenities will include a poo, a fitness center, a spa, a restaurant, a private beach club, 24-hour concierge, temperature-controlled wine storage and tennis courts, among others.
The project is being developed by Sardis Development, with Linx Industries as investment partner. Construction will be led by Olympic Construction, while Regency Christie’s International Real Estate will be leading marketing of the residences.
