New Development Partner for Grand Hyatt Cayman Project

Developer Sterling Global Financial has joined the Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman residential resort as a partner to help bring the project to fruition. 

Sterling, which is developing the Montage Cay project in Abaco (and the Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina in Paradise Island), is partnering with developer Pageant Beach Hotel on the project, which is already “well underway” and has sold more than 80 percent of its units.
