4 New Luxury Villas to Try in Nevis

Las Nieves in Nevis.

While the Four Seasons Resort Nevis is renowned as one of the top luxury getaways anywhere in the Caribbean, many travelers don’t realize the property is also home to a broad collection of luxury villas.

The Four Seasons is home to nearly 80 villas, most with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea or the resort’s 18-hole championship golf course.

And they all come with all of the amenities of the resort, many of which can be custom-tailored and delivered right in the comfort of your villa, from in-villa fitness classes to a dedicated villa ambassador.

Now, the resort has unveiled four new villas for the perfect Nevis luxury vacation.

Las Nieves.

Las Nieves Estate

This two-story, 6,855-square-foot home is set in the resort’s sought-after Mahogany Hill neighborhood, with breathtaking views of the ocean, the 13th fairway of the Robert Trent Jones II-designed course and the historic St Thomas Chapel, the oldest Anglican church in the Caribbean. There is an expansive pool deck (with space for up to 12 guests) and five beautifully-appointed bedrooms across the two levels. Our favorite features? This is a villa for foodies, with a professional-grade kitchen (you can also hire a private chef).

The Hill Estate

This villa is set 300 feet above sea level, with seven bedrooms set across four standalone cottages. “You’ll feel like you’re entering your own neighborhood,” says Four Seasons. Two of the four villas have their own kitchens and laundry areas, along with Nespresso and GE appliances. The biggest story here is the poolscape: there are four different pools and four outdoor garden showers, making this a true resort-style villa.

Villa Goldeneye

The 3,200-square-foot, three-bedroom Goldeneye sleeps up to seven, with a tranquil perch in the resort’s Palm Grove neighborhood, set right on the first hole of the golf course. The villa’s tropical garden has a private infinity pool, the perfect place for watching nearby monkeys making their way on the golf course. The resort also comes with a villa ambassador and a six-seat golf cart.

Villa Le Mangabey

The four-bedroom home, named after the island’s famous green vervet monkeys, has 3,400 square feet and room for up to eight guests. The property is set about 10 minutes from the resort with stunning vistas of Nevis Peak, with a huge wraparound patio that has views of the Caribbean Sea and nearby St Kitts. A great fit for families, the home even has its own “jungle room,” with a 360-degree mural straight out of the Jungle Book and a bonus entertainment room.
