Michael White’s Atlantis Paradise Island Eatery to Open This Summer

Another Michelin-star chef is opening an eatery at Atlantis, with the new Paranza opening its doors this summer. 

Chef Michael White, whose Marea eatery won two Michelin stars and Al Fiori earned one star, joins a growing number of top celebrity chefs with restaurants at the Paradise Island resort. 

That includes Nobu Matsuhisa, Jose Andres, Todd English and, more recently, Israeli Chef Alon Shaya, who is launching a soft opening of his new Silan restaurant at Atlantis this summer. 

Paranza is a “love letter to Italy,” according to Atlantis. 

Paranza “offers an elevated and innovative expression of Italian regional cuisine its a passionate focus on seafood,” according to the resort. 

The menu will include dishes like seared scallops, seared filet, cappelletti and poached seabass among others.
