One of Cancun’s most prominent all-inclusive resorts is embarking on a major expansion of its culinary program: the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach, which is opening three new restaurants this summer.

The all-inclusive resort has transformed a 40,000 square foot space into a new dining destination with three concepts: Havanna, what the hotel calls an “Argentinian Mexican-Style Steak House”; Tuscany, an Italian restaurant; and Torii, which features Asian-fusion food.

The new space includes a sleek lounge and bar for pre or after-dinner drinks.

“Throughout the years, Coral Beach has adapted to meet, and hopefully exceed, the needs of our guests,” said Alberto Gurrola, Managing Director, Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun All-Inclusive Spa Resort. “When the hotel transitioned to a luxury all-inclusive model in 2020, we recognized the need for more dining options. After thorough planning and thoughtful research, we are extremely pleased with the results. We look forward to unveiling a full program of restaurants this summer that will complement our already robust luxury all-inclusive offerings.”

The hotel has a total of 602 suites, along with a lagoon-style pool, a 40,000-square-foot spa called Coral Beach Gem and a new kids’ club called Coral, the product of a $2 million project.

The property is part of the La Coleccion portfolio, which has 15 different resorts across Mexico.

It is also a member of LXV Preferred Hotels and Resorts.
