Marriott Is Opening Its New Edition Hotel in the Riviera Maya

Marriott is opening the first-ever EDITION resort in the Caribbean this summer.
The new Riviera Maya EDITION at Kanai is slated to open this summer in the Kanai development in the Mexican Caribbean.
It will be the second luxury resort to debut this year at Kanai, following the opening of the new St Regis Kanai earlier this year.
The hotel will have 180 rooms and suites, along with six food and beverage concepts including a signature eatery, pool bar and beach club.
That’s along with a destination spa.
The beachfront resort will also have an “extensive” outdoor deck for large-scale events.
The EDITION brand was created by Marriott in partnership with legendary hotelier Ian Schrager.
