A New Antigua-Aruba Flight

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - March 29, 2023

There’s a new way to travel between Antigua and Aruba, following the launch of a new route on British Airways.

The new route kicked off this week, with service from London to Antigua to Aruba.

“We are pleased with this new twice-weekly tagged service being offered by British Airways, as it is the first direct connection between Antigua and Aruba and complements the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority’s growth and diversification strategy into new markets,” said Charmaine Spencer, the director of tourism for Latin America and the Caribbean at the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority.

The new service will see a two-hour flight between Antigua and Aruba, operating on Sundays and Thursdays.

“As the longest serving carrier connecting the Caribbean to the UK, our links to the region are stronger than ever – and we’re delighted to be offering more inter-regional connectivity with this new flight between Aruba and Antigua,” said Diane Corrie, British Airways Commercial Manager for the Caribbean.
