At This Marriott All-Inclusive in Cancun, You Can Dine in a “Cave”
The just-opened Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun has debuted a new culinary concept where diners can eat in a “cave.”
The Cave is an international eatery set in what Royalton calls a “mystical setting with glittering lights and rocky surroundings that simulate a cave and underground lakes.”
The unique restaurant has a mix of culinary inspirations, from deep-fried Korean barbecue rib mini tacos to braised lamb shank and cajun jambalaya pasta.
The restaurant also has a selection of gluten-free and vegetarian dishes on the menu.
The family-friendly Royalton Splash Riveira Cancun opened its doors in December 2022.
It is part of the Marriott all-inclusive portfolio of resorts in the wider Caribbean and Mexico, the product of an alliance with Royalton’s parent company, Blue Diamond.
