Virgin Atlantic is adding a new Caribbean destination this year: the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The United Kingdom-based carrier will be operating twice weekly, with service set to begin on Nov. 15, 2023.

The flights are operating out of London Heathrow Airport.

Virgin is operating the route on Boeing 787-9 aircraft with 31 Upper Class, 35 Premium and 192 economic seats.

Flights are already on sale, the company confirmed.

It’s another boost for a destination that has been among the hottest in the Caribbean since the pandemic.

“We’re delighted to begin flying to the Turks and Caicos islands, as we continue to grow our Caribbean portfolio, offering more choice for our customers to explore these beautiful islands and enjoy some winter sun,” said Juha Jarvinen, Chief Commercial Officer at Virgin Atlantic.

Virgin has been growing its Caribbean portfolio of late, with new routes to The Bahamas and St Vincent and the Grenadines and a return to the Eastern Caribbean island of Saint Lucia.
