The hotel had been listed for $4.69 million by HG Christie Real Estate.

The property’s main lodge, restaurants and staff quarters were severely damaged by the storm in 2019.

Six cottages at the property “can be restored fairly inexpensively,” according to the brokerage.

“A new owner could buy this historic Hope Town property and bring it to even greater glory,” the brokerage had said about the listing.
