There’s a New Seafood Hotspot in Grand Cayman

Ceviche, sushi, poke: the trio of raw seafood favorites.

And they’re all at the center of the menu at Grand Cayman’s newest culinary hotspot.

The new woto has opened its doors at the Westin Grand Cayman Seven mile Beach Resort, where the emphasis is on fresh, skillfully-prepared seafood.

The new eatery, which specializes in the aforementioned trio, is led by Chef Ronald de la Torre and his award-winning culinary team.

The menu has everything from locals-caught snapper ceviche to Goma Ae salad and even a vegan option: Tofu Poke.

There’s also a popular Sunday Brunch from 12 PM to 3 PM. Including bottomless Prosecco.

Woto is open to guests of the hotel and visitors.
