JetBlue Is Adding New Nonstop Flights to Bermuda

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - December 15, 2022

JetBlue is adding new nonstop flights to Bermuda this spring, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The New York City-based carrier will be running daily nonstop service between New York’s LaGuardia Airport and Bermuda, with flights kicking off in March 2023.

Flights will go on sale in January 2023, according to the company. That is six weeks earlier than had been anticipated, according to officials at the Bermuda Tourism Authority.

“We’re thrilled to resume United Airlines service and welcome JetBlue’s expanded service to Bermuda in 2023,” said Erin Smith, the Bermuda Tourism Authority’s Chief Operations Officer. “It’s a signal that as our sales and marketing efforts continue to make headway, tourism in Bermuda continues to move in the right direction — and with a 90-minute flight time between the destinations, the island will be the ideal destination for a vacation next year.”

Bermuda no longer has any travel health requirements for entry.
