Developer Shelves Plans for Kingston Residential Hotel

The developer of The Residences at Terra Nova recently announced most investors in the residences component of the Jamaican project have been issued refunds for deposits, said Wayne Stewart, real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Jamaica Realty.
