The Hartling Group Has a New Project in Turks and Caicos

The Villas at Blue Mountain, an existing enterprise with four completed villas and a beach club in Turks and Caicos, has enlisted developers The Hartling Group to “re-envision” the project with the addition of eight more villas, according to Joe Zahm, president and broker at Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty.

$19,950,000 Villa Sells in Nassau’s Lyford Cay

A waterfront estate in Lyford Cay, one of The Bahamas’ most established private residential communities, has been sold following a listing price of $19.95 million, according to market sources. The final sales price was not disclosed.
