The Westin Grand Cayman Resort Has a New VP of Marketing

The Westin Grand Cayman has appointed a new leader for its sales and marketing initiatives, Caribbean Journal has learned. 

The popular Seven Mile Beach property has tapped Jay Marsella as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, it confirmed to CJ. 

Jay joins the Cayman Islands resort with more than 25 years of resort sales and marketing experience at notable hotels including Waldorf Astoria Orlando, Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort and Hilton Waikoloa Village.

“Jay has an exceptional background, possesses strong leadership skills, and is a welcoming collaborator adept in managing and executing hundreds of large-scale projects to perfection,” said Jim Mauer, Vice President, Managing Director at Westin Grand Cayman. “His extensive experience and in-depth sales and marketing knowledge will help drive our performance and growth. Together, we are looking forward to welcoming guests from around the world as we see tourism return to the Cayman Islands.”
