There are countless resorts in the Caribbean with PADI dive centers and drive boats on site, offering a variety of dive programs from all-inclusive to a la carte experiences.

At other resorts, you can find all-inclusive vacations where diving is included as part of the package.

These all-inclusive dive resorts range from large-scale beach resorts to tiny boutique options.

Here are some of the top resorts in the Caribbean offering all-inclusive packages combining accommodations, dining, and daily dives, too:

Fort Young Hotel and Dive Resort, Dominica This all-inclusive resort on the lush island of Dominica puts diving on par with its other included amenities, such as daily tours to island sights like Trafagar Falls and lionfish hunting. Yoga classes and spa treatments also are included, as is unlimited shore diving. The Diver’s Dream package combines seven nights of lodging for the price of six with the resort’s all-inclusive plan, with five days of two-tank diving.

Sandals Resorts Scuba diving is a sometimes overlooked part of the all-inclusive package at Sandals, but it’s included at every one of the 16 Sandals resorts across the Caribbean. Sandals resorts in Jamaicathe BahamasSaint LuciaBarbadosGrenada and Antigua boast PADI-certified dive shops and staff and Newton dive boats, and certified divers get an included dive every day — twice daily with one take or once daily with two tanks. Also offered are three-hour PADI Discover Scuba Diving classes that can get beginners certified to do their first open water dive, for an extra fee of $120 per person.

Anse Chastanet, Saint Lucia Anse Chastanet (along with the even more fabulous sister resort Jade Mountain) is one of the most beautiful resorts on one of the most beautiful islands in the world, St. Lucia. This luxury all-inclusive resort has a reef starting just 10 feet off its beach, and its Coral Kaleidoscope dive package includes airport transfers, seven nights lodging, all meals, a dozen boat dives (including the option to swap up to two day dives for night dives), use of all dive gear and water toys, sunrise and sunset yoga, and more.

Cobalt Coast Dive Resort, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands This quiet West Bay resort on Grand Cayman attracts divers with both shore and boat diving, along with a beach, pool, hot tub, and Duffy’s Bar for post-dive drinks. Seven-night dive packages include three meals daily, drinks, 17 boat dives, and unlimited shore diving.

End of the World Resort, Honduras Located on Guanaja in Honduras’ Islas de la Bahia (Bay Islands), this Caribbean dive resort on Hammond Beach has shore diving on a fringing reef and boat dives on the Mesoamerican reef. Seven-night all-inclusive dive packages include two boat dives per day for 5-6 days and 1 night dive during the week, plus unlimited beach dives. Mayan Princess Beach and Dive Resort, Roatan, Honduras If you’re looking for a full-service resort with diving included in one of the top dive destinations in the Americas, consider the Mayan Princess on Roatan. The beachfront resort has a broad range of included amenities such as a kids club, lagoon pool, water toys, and nightly entertainment in addition to accommodations and all food and drink. The seven-night all-inclusive dive package covers 15 dives.

Thatch Cay, Belize Overwater bungalows are among the luxury accommodations at this private island resort in Belize, which can host a maximum of just 30 guests. The all-inclusive package gives you the run of a one-mile private island, covering room, food and drink, non-motorized sports, and boat transfers from the mainland to the hotel and back. The all-inclusive package is part of Thatch Cay’s four and seven day dive vacations, which adds two or five days of two tank diving along the Belize Barrier Reef (with an available upgrade to dive the Blue Hole or Glover’s Atoll), unlimited shore diving, and an available upgrade to night diving, too.
