Caribbean Airlines has reopened its Caribbean Club lounge at Trinidad’s Piarco International Airport.

The relaunched, renovated Caribbean Club lounge is open to the airline’s business class and Caribbean Club members.

The 3,062-square-foot lounge has a new, modern look.

“In 2022 we took a decision to actively reset the expectations of our customers,” said CEO Garvin Medera. “A major part of this was taking action on the feedback provided through our customer surveys. The decision to redesign the Caribbean Club Lounge is a tangible reflection of our commitment to enhance the overall travel experience. We’ve also re-introduced the complimentary guest-pass, where valid members can bring a guest with them, and [people] wishing to purchase a day-pass can do so, to enjoy the comfort that the Caribbean Club offers.”

Amenties include a self-serve bar with catered breakfast, lunch and dinner options, snacks, free-Wifi, meeting pods, charging stations and cable.

The airline has also added a new Children’s Playroom to the lounge.

Travelers can also purchase day passes for the lounge.

Caribbean Airlines has been expanding its service between the United States and the Caribbean, most recently with relaunched flights between Fort Lauderdale and Trinidad.
