Frontier Set to Launch Atlanta-Bahamas Flights

Ultra-low-cost carrier Frontier Airlines is launching its newest route to The Bahamas in just over a month. 

Frontier is kicking of its first-ever flights from Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport on Nov. 5. 

The new route will operate between Atlanta and Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport, with service once weekly on Saturdays.

It’s a boost for The Bahamas, which has seen some of the strongest tourism growth of any in the region in the last year.

It’s part of a broader expansion to the Caribbean out of Atlanta that includes new service to Jamaica and Costa Rica. 

Frontier says introductory pricing is starting at $69.
