Hilton Launches New Caribbean All-Inclusive Concept in Tulum

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - September 8, 2022

Hilton is launching a new hotel-within-a-hotel all-inclusive concept at its Tulum-area resort, Caribbean Journal has learned.

The Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya, which opened its doors earlier this year, has launched a new room category called “Enclave.”

Enclave has its own exclusive amenities and benefits, along with access to the Enclave Lounge and private beach areas.

One of eight pools at the property.

Enclave guests also get access to a separate pool with lounge chair seating, dedicated wellness and fitness activities and their own secluded check-in experience, among other amenities.

The new wing is now available for stays beginning this month.

Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya is the first Hilton all-inclusive to offer the Enclave option.

Enclave-branded rooms will be set in the property’s prime location, Casa 1, with upgrade minibars and elevated coffee-brewing experiences, a souvenir beach bag and an in-room food and beverage amenity.

“We are elated to be the first all-inclusive resort to offer Enclave by Hilton,” said Santiago Rivera, managing director at both the Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya and the Conrad Tulum resorts. “From the moment they arrive, guests will enjoy exclusive service and a new level of privacy while on property. It is an exciting time to unveil these new offerings, which align with our deep-rooted commitment to redefining the all-inclusive experience.”

Hilton continues to expand its Caribbean all-inclusive portfolio, with a decided emphasis on the Mexican Caribbean in the last two years.

The Tulum resort is part of a growing number of major brands entering Tulum in recent years, drawn to what has long been one of the most sought-after hotspots in the wider region.
