Atlantis Paradise Island Is Adding Another Michelin-Star Chef

Another Michelin-star chef is coming to The Bahamas’ Atlantis Paradise Island.

The resort is set to open Paranza, an ocean-inspired Italian eatery by Michelin-starred Chef Michael White, in December 2022.

White has received four James Beard nominations from the kitchens at Convivio, Alto, Al Fiori and Marea in New York City.

White will join a pair of Michelin-starred chefs with Atlantis eateries: Nobu Matsuhisa of Nobu fame and Jose Andres, whose Fish by Jose Andres is at The Cove.

That makes Atlantis the only resort in the Caribbean with three Michelin-star rated chefs.
