One of the Caribbean’s most popular culinary events is back: St Kitts-Nevis Restaurant Week, the annual celebration of the twin-island destination’s gastronomic excellence.
This year’s event, which runs through July 24, is putting the spotlight on local farmers in St Kitts and Nevis.
Participating restaurants are designing one-off menus incorporating this year’s theme ingredient: the sweet potato.
And all participating restaurants have a special Restaurant Week menu, in one of four categories.
This year’s schedule includes key events like the Nevis tasting Showcase on July 16, the St Christopher Children’s Home Fundraising Dinner on July 23 at Serendipity; and the Celebration at the Park on July 24, a culinary fete at the Park Hyatt St Kitts.
The latter will give attendees the opportunity to sample savory dishes and beverages from five participating eateries.
