The Bahamas’ Atlantis Paradise Island Has a New “Bespoke Concierge”

By: Caribbean Journal Staff - May 16, 2022

The Bahamas’ Atlantis Paradise Island resort has debuted a new bespoke concierge program for guests.

It’s called Sapphire Services, and it aims to provide guests with “as many opportunities and chances to pursue the wanderlust of all of The Bahamas.”

The resort’s team of concierge specialists will guide guests on creating “rare and personalized experiences,” ranging from booking Tropic Ocean Airways charter flights from Miami, day trips to nearby Out Islands by boat or turtle release excursions on Rose Island, among others.

The program has already added an experience that includes a flight on Coco Bahama Air to Kamalame Cay in Andros, with the ultimate Out Islands day trip: a seaplane ride to Kamalame Cay, a sea-to-table lunch, access to snorkeling, bone fishing and an overwater spa.

The program also includes excursions with Pieces of 8, a boat charter company that is launching tours from a private dock at Atlantis Marina, with itineraries to destinations like Eleuthera and Exuma.

“Atlantis is the most remarkable resort in the world, and our guests have been returning for years. We know they make lifetime memories here,” says Audrey Oswell, President and Managing Director of Atlantis Paradise Island. “We also know Bahamian natural splendor and culture exist at our resort and our sister islands. Through our new Sapphire Services travelers will be able to explore and immerse themselves in all of The Bahamas, with highly personalized #BahamasAtHeart itineraries.”
