Puerto Rico’s premier golf resort has added another innovation: its own beer label.
The Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Beach and Golf Resort has debuted the new Rio Mar Lager Beer, a Vienna-style lager that’s made locally — and offered exclusively at the property.
The beer is brewed by the Caguas, Puerto Rico-based Fresh of Keg brewery, otherwise known as FOK.
FOK Owner Greg Santiago and brewmaster Arocho are the team behind the beer, which was originally named after composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
Mozart was the inspiration for the beer, Santiago and Arocho say, because “his art went from light and elegant to dark and passionate.”
