The Dominican Republic’s St Regis Cap Cana Residences Just Launched Sales

The Residences at the St Regis Cap Cana have officially launched sales, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned. 

The new project by Campagne Ricart & Associates and Pioneer Investment Funds is set in the heart of Cap Cana, the most exclusive corner of the Dominican Republic. 

The project is comprised if 47 beachfront homes, 15 Golf Terrace residences, six “Astor Residences.” And two penthouses. 

Units start at $1 million, according to Waypoint Resort Real Estate, which is leading sales and marketing for the development along with Campagna Ricart’s Sales and Marketing Division. 

All residences are fully furnished, with furniture packages curated by Chapi Chapo Design and AG Interiors. 

The beachfront residences range from one to four-bedroom oceanfront homes, from 1,442 to 4,574 interiors square feet. 

Golf Terrace residences also range from one to four bedrooms, with a “front-row view” of holes one and two of the Punta Espada Golf Course. 

It’s the first-ever St Regis resort in the wider Caribbean region.

The project was designed by Dominican Republic-based AC Aqruitectos and Asociados, with interiors by Chapi Chapo Design.

Amenities include access to the Jack Nicklaus-designed Punta Espada Golf Club, along with 24/7 concierge service, beach and poolside butler service, seven resort pools, seven eateries and a signature spa — along with a rum and cigar lounge, a tapas bar and a beach and children’s club, among others.
