The Dominican Republic’s St Regis Cap Cana Residences Just Launched Sales

By: Caribbean Journal Staff

The Residences at the St Regis Cap Cana have officially launched sales, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.

The new project by Campagne Ricart & Associates and Pioneer Investment Funds is set in the heart of Cap Cana, the most exclusive corner of the Dominican Republic.

The project is comprised if 47 beachfront homes, 15 Golf Terrace residences, six “Astor Residences.” And two penthouses.

Units start at $1 million, according to Waypoint Resort Real Estate, which is leading sales and marketing for the development along with Campagna Ricart’s Sales and Marketing Division.

All residences are fully furnished, with furniture packages curated by Chapi Chapo Design and AG Interiors.

The beachfront residences range from one to four-bedroom oceanfront homes, from 1,442 to 4,574 interiors square feet.

Golf Terrace residences also range from one to four bedrooms, with a “front-row view” of holes one and two of the Punta Espada Golf Course.

It’s the first-ever St Regis resort in the wider Caribbean region.

“The Residences at The St. Regis Cap Cana is the first and only five-star branded real estate offering in Cap Cana and will be introducing the most luxurious and world-class destination in the Dominican Republic,” said Dino Campagna, President of Campagna Ricart and Associates. “The iconic style and bespoke service of the St. Regis brand, combined with the breathtaking beachfront location and access to the spectacular amenities within Cap Cana, is already producing an astounding demand for The Residences.”

The project was designed by Dominican Republic-based AC Aqruitectos and Asociados, with interiors by Chapi Chapo Design.

“This is the most exciting project to enter the market in many years, setting a new standard of luxury for the region,” said Myles Newell, Principal of Waypoint Resort Real Estate, who is handling the sales and marketing for the development along with the developer’s sales and marketing team, led by Sophia Yeara. “The real estate market in the Dominican Republic has been stronger than ever in the last few months. Buyers are drawn to everything Cap Cana has to offer, and our project is meeting the untapped demand for luxury branded residences in the destination.”

Amenities include access to the Jack Nicklaus-designed Punta Espada Golf Club, along with 24/7 concierge service, beach and poolside butler service, seven resort pools, seven eateries and a signature spa — along with a rum and cigar lounge, a tapas bar and a beach and children’s club, among others.
