This Is the Hottest New Real Estate in Dominica
The sought-after Residences at Secret Bay real estate project at Dominica’s Secret Bay resort has unveiled the first look at its newest villas.
They’re called Ti-Fey+, and they’re based on the resort’s iconic Ti-Fey treehouse villa at the legendary luxury resort.
The first three Ti-Fey+ villas are listed for sale at $2.49 million, all set along Secret Bay’s lush hillsides, with marvelous “jungle-to-ocean” views.
Each villa has 2,799 square feet of living space, along with 2.5 bedrooms and three bathrooms in an indoor-outdoor concept.
That’s along with a gourmet kitchen, a private plunge pool, an outdoor rain shower cantilevered off the second floor and “every modern amenity imaginable.”
The villas are being built with Guyanese Greenheart hardwood, with indoor furniture crafted from Dominican Red Cedar by local artisans.
