Iberia Is Adding More Flights to the Dominican Republic
Spanish carrier Iberia Airline is adding more flights to the Dominican Republic, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The airline will be operating up to nine weekly flights from Madrid to the Dominican Republic this summer.
That’s part of what will represent a return to 85 percent of its pre-pandemic capacity, according to the Dominican Republic Ministry of Tourism.
The carrier will also be operating up to four weekly flights between Madrid and Cuba over the summer season.
The Dominican Republic continues to see impressive tourism growth, eclipsing its pre-pandemic totals in recent months.
