Low-cost carrier Spirit Airlines is adding a pair of new routes to Mexico, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The company is launching new daily routes from Houston and Austin to Monterrey International Airport.
Spirit already operates flights to Mexican destinations including Cancun, Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta.
“We’re excited about growing our international service from Texas with new daily nonstop service from Austin (AUS) and Houston (IAH) to Monterrey, Mexico,” said John Kirby, Spirit Airline’s Vice President of Network Planning. “Whether traveling for leisure or to visit friends and relatives, Spirit Airlines continues to provide our Guests with More Go.”
Both routes will launch on June 22.
