Frontier Airlines Set for Latest Cancun Expansion

Frontier Airlines is set to launch its newest routes to Cancun on the Caribbean coast of Mexico this month. 

That will include new nonstop service to Cancun from Hartford, Connecticut., Buffalo, New York. and Providence, Rhode Island. 

The Hartford-Cancun flights, which will kick off Feb. 17, will operate three times each week. 

Buffalo-Cancun service, which launches Feb. 18, will also operate three times each week. 

And Providence-Cancun will run once weekly, starting service on Feb. 19. 

It’s yet another boost for Cancun, which has had broad tourism success since the onset of the pandemic — and seen a range of new routes from across the United States.
