Caribbean Golf Real Estate Destination Tops $120 Million in Sales

After quietly launching its first phase of real estate in late 2020, Cabot Saint Lucia reports that its land sales have now exceeded $120 million.

The second resort from the Cabot brand, Cabot Saint Lucia is located on Point Hardy, a 375-acre peninsula at the northern tip of the island.

It’s best known for its Miami Beach location, and now the Setai brand is coming to the Caribbean, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.

It’s the biggest trend in Caribbean hotel development right now: the residential resort, and particularly the branded residential resort.
