The largest private island in Abaco with already-approved development plans has hit the market, Caribbean Journal Invest has learned.
It’s called Jwycesska, a 351-acre private island that includes government approval for a 6,000-foot private airstrip, approval for a 30-acre marina and for a resort with hotel incentives (including duty free imports for construction and renewal of buildings, zero real property tax for 10 years and VAT deferment, among other benefits).
