Saint Lucia Luxury Villa Lists for $17.5 Million
Despite its immense natural beauty, Saint Lucia has never really been a player in the upper-tier luxury market in the Caribbean.
That’s about to change, of course, with the imminent arrival of the Cabot Saint Lucia golf community project.
In the meantime, though, there’s a significant new entry to the market: it’s called Villa Nature, and it’s a $17.5 million stunner set at the very northeastern point of the island.

The property is listed with Shawn Elliott of Nest Seekerss’ Elliott Team, joined by real estate advisor Vanesa Tonova.
The ultra-modern retreat has six bedrooms, six bathrooms and three half baths, with 11,640 square feet of space.

Built with massive coral stone walls, using materials sourced locally and from neighboring islands, it’s all about the views, which stretch from Martinique to the peak of Petit Piton.

There’s even a moat, inspired by John Lautner’s Acapulco House, with “dappled light that reflects from water to the ceiling and presents an ever-changing work of art,” according to the brokerage.
Amenities range from a chef’s kitchen to wooden bed frames with Hypnos mattresses and Duravit sinks.

And then there’s the outdoor ecosystem: extensive terraces on multiple levels, along with a saltwater “floating” infinity pool.
It’s the most spectacular listing in Saint Lucia right now — and a statement about the island’s luxury real estate future.
