Caribbean Airlines is adding more flights from its hub at Trinidad and Tobago’s Piarco International Airport to Barbados, Caribbean Journal has learned.
The expansion will take effect on Dec. 17, the company confirmed.
The Port-of-Spain-based carrier is increasing its service between Trinidad and Barbados’ Grantley Adams International Airport to seven weekly flights from Trinidad to Barbados, and six weekly return flights to Trinidad.
“The schedule is conveniently timed to facilitate regional connections throughout the airline’s network, as well as international connections to the United Kingdom and Europe,” Caribbean Airlines said in a statement.
The company said it was continuing to roll out its commercial schedule to increase seat capacity between the two islands to pre-Covid levels.
