Frontier Airlines is launching three new nonstop routes to Puerto Rico, Caribbean Journal has learned.

That includes new service from both Boston and Hartford to San Juan, along with a new route between Orlando and Aguadilla’s Rafael Hernandez International Airport.

The Boston-San Juan service will operate four times each week, while Hartford-San Juan flights will operate three times per week.

The Boston route will kick off Feb. 17, followed by the Hartford route on Feb. 18.

Orlando-Anguilla service will begin operating on March 24, with three flights per week.

“These new flights complement our already expansive network in the Caribbean, Mexico and South Florida, and we look forward to welcoming travelers onboard to these popular vacation destinations this winter, and beyond,” said Daniel Shurz, senior vice president of commercial, Frontier Airlines.

Frontier has been one of the fastest-expanding airlines in the Caribbean since the onset of the pandemic.
